We are a small, growing firm of F-GAS registered engineers in Bingham, Nottinghamshire, and we have gone from strength to strength in the last couple of years.

The demand for air conditioning in homes and garden offices has considerably increased over the past few years. With more people now working from home, being comfortable whilst working has become priority.

There are a number of options for installations within a house, from a wall mount system to ducted systems hidden in the loft. 

The Benefits

The benefit of an air conditioning system being installed into your house is two fold. Firstly they are fantastic in the summer months for cooling, and secondly they also have a heating mode for the winter months. This is especially beneficial given the rising gas prices and cost of living as the efficiency of the system can help reduce heating bills.

The system can be tailored to your requirements, you can have a single split system or a multi-split system whereby you can have multiple indoor units with one outdoor unit. Additionally you can have WIFI controllers to set the system up remotely from your phone.

Another point to mention is in 2022 the Chancellor announced homeowners do not have to pay VAT on heat pumps installed in homes. This is running to 2027 so 0% VAT is a great incentive to have air conditioning installed.

  • Air conditioning can be cheaper than you think. Pricing varies depending on the size of the system, brand and type e.g a wall mount unit is cheaper to install compared to a ducted unit in the loft with ducting feeding each room. A multi-split system is a very efficient way of providing heating or cooling throughout multiple rooms and floors with only having one condenser outside of the house.

  • We cover roughly a 2 hour radius from Nottingham, but we do travel further afield to some customers such as London, Newcastle and Manchester. Please enquire about your job.

  • Air conditioning can provide many benefits to commercial and domestic dwellings, all air conditioning units provide heating and cooling, which is very helpful for both winter and summer.
